SYNC Omnis 4.0 - Automatically mark products unavailable

Products may now have an on-hand quantity defined, that will automatically decrease every time the product is sold.  When the counter reaches zero, the product will automatically be marked unavailable.  To add a product to inventory control and set the on-hand quantity, open the Sync Desk application and then the Menu button followed by the Change Product Availability button and the following will be displayed:

Click on the “Add to Inventory Control” button and the following will be displayed:

Select the desired group and then the product to be adjusted:

Enter the new on hand amount and press the OK button.

The product will now have a quantity label that displays the current on hand quantity:

Each time this product is sold, the on-hand quantity will automatically decrease until zero is reached, at which time the product will be automatically marked unavailable.

Change On-Hand Quantity Manually

To change a product’s on-hand quantity, open the Sync Desk application and then the Menu button followed by the Change Product Availability button and the following will be displayed:

Click on the “Change On Hand Quantity” button and the following will be displayed:

Enter the new on hand quantity and press the OK button.

Remove the On-hand quantity

To remove a product’s on-hand quantity, open the Sync Desk application and then the Menu button followed by the Change Product Availability button and the following will be displayed:

Click on the “Remove from Inventory Control” button and the on-hand quantity will be removed from the product.
