SYNC Desk - Sending a confirmation of reservation from Desk
Once you have set up your reservation emails in Brunswick Cloud campaigns, you can send confirmation of reservation emails directly to the customer from Desk within the reservation.
The above image details where the reservation email set up can be found in Brunswick Cloud campaigns.
Once the reservation has been created, all customer details are input, activities are put in current invoice and the deposit is paid, you then need to click the “ Confirmed” circle to show the green tick.
You will then be asked to check the email address is correct.
Click “ OK”
You will then see a message to confirm that the; “ Email sent successfully”
Click “ OK”
Click “ Save”
The customer will then receive the email with all the details of their reservation.
