SYNC Office - Availability Maps

When working with availability Maps in Sync there are three areas that need to be addressed; the number of rate periods for the center, the days these rates fall on and the timings of these rates. This document will go over those areas.

• Setting up the number of Availability Maps
  • Go into Office>Sales>Availability Maps
    • Click the + to start a new availability map (there is no maximum amount to which you can have)
    • Click the pencil to edit an existing availability map
    • Click to x2 to duplicate an existing map
    • Click the bin to delete one ( it will not let you delete a map if it is still attached to a product / package / adjustment)
• Once in the availability builder
  • Set the name of the map in the name box
  • Click the + to add a new rate
    • Name the rate i.e weekday / weekend or rate 1 / rate 2
      • Pick the colour for this rate. This is not significant in any way it just is a way to show the difference on the chart.
    • It will then show under the rate levels, to add to the table, click on the rate and drag the rate text / colour at the top to the day / time you want this rate to be applicable for
      • It will add a 30 minute block to the table which you can extend by using the arrows which appear when you click on the colour block
    • If you want to duplicate the exact times you have set to a certain day you can click the x2 and select the day you wish to copy it across to
    • To break the time in half click the block with the curser in the middle
    • To delete the time select the bin
  • To edit the rate click the pencil
  • To add a second rate click the _ sign ( as previously mentioned choose a secondary colour so it clear between rates.)
• Once finalised click ok to save
