What is the Pronto app?
The Pronto app is designed to help your employees notice and fix issues going on at the bowling center.
Access to the Pronto app is provided as a complimentary feature to centers with Sync and an active Crown Advantage Gold or Platinum subscription with us.
What does Pronto do for me / my center?
The Pronto app is designed to:
- Notify an employee when there is a notification or error from a pinsetter machine.
- Provide troubleshooting information on resolving the notification.
- Track notifications so a facilities manager can use it to understand how the machines are performing.
- Record and store any information recorded by a staff member that pertains to the machines.
When / Where is Pronto available?
At this time, Pronto is only available for centers with the following pinsetter types:
- Brunswick Boost ST
- Brunswick GS - NXT
- DuckPin Social
- Original StringPin
Development of the Brunswick Pronto app is on-going and we intend to add support for additional pinsetter types but further details are unable to be provided at this time.
