System services unavailable
This guide provides various troubleshooting methods to resolve the sync system services being unavailable.

Should this issue occur try the following steps
1 Reboot the Sync server
Locate your primary Sync server and device and power cycle the device. Doing this will force sync to reboot on the primary server restarting all processes on the network.
2 Restart services within office
Navigate to Sync office on your Sync server and log in as a user with Administrator privilages.
Upon entering office navigate to the "Admin" tab

Once here please select system health

This page has various options to reboot the server, restart services or all devices. In this case please select the "Reboot services" option. This process will take around or a minute or two.
Press the "Click here to run analysis" button to run a diagnostic on your network.

Your services should be all be green indicated with a green tick. Reboot all tills and Sync devices.
