Cloud Financial Reporting - Configuration

Sync Magnus (v3.9) provides the ability to have a cloud dashboard for multiple reporting views.  This application contains financial reporting around Sales, Department/Subdepartment totals, time-based comparisons, and employee sales performance.

The Cloud Reporting feature is only available via separate subscription and can be purchased directly through your Brunswick representative.  The subscription is per center, per month. TC-500798 or TC-500798INT are the required codes to purchase the subscription.

Configuration - Sync Office

  1. Once the Cloud Reporting Feature has been purchased, confirm the Feature appears in Sync Office > Admin > Check In.

  2. Under Sync Office > Sales > POS Policies > Accounting > click “Automatically Upload Journals at End of Day”

Upload Old Journal Entries

  1. Security > Roles > choose your role > Permissions.
  2. Search "Reporting" and enable "Cloud Financial Reporting"

  3. Log out and Log back in.
  4. Analysis > Cloud Financial Reporting
  5. Pick a date > Upload Journal

    2. Old journal entries must be uploaded one day at a time

Configuration - Brunswick Cloud

  1. Give Cloud Financial Reporting permissions access to employees by logging into your Brunswick Cloud Account > Account > Team.
  2. Hover to the left of the team member's email address and click "Edit".

  3. Check the box next to "Access Cloud Reporting Application"
