Cloud - How To Perform A Media Update

If your campaigns do not match what you have scheduled in your Brunswick Cloud account, it can be helpful to perform a Media Update.

  1. Login to Sync Office
  2. Media > Manage Campaigns
  3. Click on the symbol of the cloud with an arrow pointing downward

  4. You should receive a message that says "Cloud Campaign downloaded: OK"
