Loyalty Program Member Lookup & Gifting Points
In addition to earning and redeeming loyalty points, Sync Desk has functions for Member Lookup and Gift Points.
Both of these functions require separate permission(s) assigned in Sync Office
From
Sync Desk:
- Click Menu.

Click Member Lookup.
The Member Lookup window will display.

Type in the email address of the customer then click Use Email.
Alternatively, you can scan their Member QR Code in the OpenLane app (if the POS terminal has a barcode/QR code scanner).

The Member Lookup window will update as Sync checks with the Brunswick Cloud for the requested member, then display any available information.
Gifting Points
Employees may gift a member loyalty points after completing a Member Lookup if they have the necessary permission.
- Click Gift Points.

Enter the amount of points to be given to the customer, then click OK.
Sync will prompt you to let you know if the gift request was successful or not.
- Click OK.
Note that it may take a couple of minutes for the gifted points to be credited to the customer and that the Member Lookup does not automatically update.
To verify the gifted points were received, repeat Steps 1-4 for the Member Lookup.
