OpenLane Brunswick Cloud Loyalty Analytics
The Brunswick Cloud has built-in analytics for your loyalty program which includes stats on loyalty earnings, redemptions and standing totals. The analytics dashboard also provides insights on member counts, members opted-in and new members.
Members Dashboard

Go to the Brunswick Cloud and log in.

On the Quick Links navigation bar, click Members.
The Members Dashboard should load.
Member Loyalty Analytics
You can view reports for loyalty point earnings, redemptions and standing totals by following the steps below.

From the Members Dashboard, click Member Loyalty.
From this page, you can search by the email address of an individual member OR use the drop-down to search for a pre-defined Top 100 members for:
- Points Current (Current Standing Loyalty Points)
- Points Earned Total (Loyalty Points Earned All Time)
- Points Earned Year (Loyalty Points Earned this Calendar Year)
- Points Redeem Total (Loyalty Points Redeemed All Time)
- Points Redeemed Year (Loyalty Points Redeemed this Calendar Year)
If you click on a member's email address, a loyalty points Activity Log displays on the right-hand side of the screen.
This activity log shows individual activities in which loyalty points were earned or redeemed. If points were earned as part of a transaction, the Transaction ID is linked under Notes.
You can click on the Transaction ID / Receipt Number to show a detailed receipt from the transaction as it would have printed from a Sync Terminal.
