OpenLane Brunswick Cloud Configuration
To configure your loyalty program, you will need to be able to access the Brunswick Cloud website by web browser on an internet-connected computer.
Additionally, you will need to have a Brunswick Cloud account with the permissions to view and manage your centre / account. If you do not have this, contact somebody at your centre who has credentials.
If you have multiple bowling centres that belong to the same account, any changes made in Account settings, including the Loyalty Program, affects all the centres managed by the account.
-
Go to the Brunswick Cloud and log in.
-
On the Quick Links navigation bar, click Account.
-
On the left side-bar, click Loyalty Program.
Configuration
Loyalty Program Default Values
The Loyalty Program Default Values section allows you to adjust the Cash Back Percentage and Minimum Redemption Amount as well as enable/disable loyalty points.
Disable Loyalty Points - If this checkbox is checked, the Loyalty Points program will be disabled for your centre(s).
Cash Back Percentage - The percentage of points that your guests earn relative to the cost of their purchase. (ex. If your cash back percentage is 1%, guests will earn 1 point for every dollar (your currency) spent. Centres that offer at least 5% cash back or higher tend to report a more active loyalty program.
Minimum Redemption Amount (points) - The minimum amount of points that a guest must spend every time they choose to spend loyalty points.
On the redemption side, 1 loyalty point equals .01 of your local currency.
You might set this value by asking yourself if the amount a guest needs to spend before they can make their first loyalty points purchase makes sense.
Example: If the minimum redemption amount is 250 points, and the cash back percentage is 5%, a guest would need to have spent at least $50 (your currency) before they would be eligible to spend their loyalty points.
Activity Points Default Values
The Activity Points Default Values section allows you to determine the number of points awarded for each activity type. Activity Points are divided into two categories, One Time Activity Points and Recurring Activity Points.
One Time Activity Points are activities that a user completes one time. Once the user has earned points for that activity, they can not earn those points again.
Recurring Activity Points are activies that your users can earn every time they complete that activity.

Recurring Activity Points
All of these activity types REQUIRE a users email address be entered at the center, either by manually entering their email address at the lane console, joining the game using the OpenLane app at the lane console, or by exporting the user's email address during league play using a compatible league file type.
Bowled Open Play - Earned any time a user bowls a Open Play session at your center.
