OpenLane Loyalty Program
The Brunswick Loyalty Program is a built-in customer loyalty points program that allows your guests to earn points for making purchases and completing specified activities. Guests can then use those points to purchase bowling, food, and attraction access sold through your Sync terminals, mobile point of sale units, and your Sync Self-Service Kiosks.
This Help Center article covers the setup of the Loyalty program through the Brunswick Cloud as well as the operations in Sync Desk and Sync Office. Lastly, we also provide some flyer and QR codes to help promote your loyalty program and get customers to the OpenLane app.
External Point-of-Sale systems cannot integrate with the loyalty program. As such, this article assumes you are using and only provides guidance for the usage of Sync.
