Brunswick Intellishield Troubleshooting and Programming Procedures

- Turn at least one pinsetter in diagnostics so it constantly cycles and keep the ball lift powered.
- Check the intellishield controller and inspect if you have either D48 or D49 lit, check for fuses F2 and F3 make sure they're not open, use a voltmeter to check continuity. Check the D4 Green light at the upper right of the board, if not lit it means the relay to power the motor is not energized, normally caused by a misaligned array or loose Gray ribbon cables that goes from the sensor arrays to the intellishield control box.

- Inspect the arrays and be sure they're properly aligned, you should be able to see 8 red LED on one side of the ball hood, inspect the adjustment rods be sure they're tight.

- Inspect the C tracks be sure they're clean and in good shape, inspect the ball wheel make sure they're not broken or slippery, use lane cleaner to wipe the ball wheels.
- Press the green button at the top of the Intellishield control box for 5 seconds to erase the Intellishield memory and enter in learning mode, slide the ball lift hood cover back in place.
