STAND ALONE INSTRUCTIONS

Activating stand alone from tablet:

1. Enter the code to access the tablets config screen (default – 939393)
2. From the config screen select “enter stand alone”
3. Enter the passcode you setup in sync office (1369)
4. The tablets and overheads (display controllers) will reboot into stand alone mode.reboot times:

• If server is online – display controller reboot is approx 2 mins
• If server is offline – display controller reboot is approx 5 mins

5. The passcode must be entered to start and stop sessions at the tablet.

WARNING! Do not reboot a display controller for any lane when in stand alone mode, this will cause the lane to be stuck in stand alone mode.

Exiting stand alone once your system is restored to normal:

1. Log in to sync office with an admin/manager account
2. Select admin from the top toolbar in sync office
3. From the admin screen select system control
4. From the system control screen select stand alone in the top right corner
5. From the stand alone management screen select all of the lanes that are in stand alone and select exit stand alone.the tablets and overheads should reboot, when they come back on, they will be in standard scoring mode. Use system analysis to verify that all devices are communicating normally again
