Sync® Residential Kiosk Scoring Location of Stand Alone Password in Sync Kiosk

In the scenario that a customer doesn't remember Passcode they set for Stand Alone, it is located on the Display Controller in the KioskSettings.xml file under the element name <Passcode>____</Passcode> and can be located at the following path: SyncInstall\Configuration\Processes\KioskManager\Data\KioskSettings.xml.

If the value needs to be changed, you can edit this file, save it and reboot both display controller and tablets.

If the desire is to have no Passcode at all, you can remove the whole Passcode XML tag line and reboot both display controller and tablets.
