Spark Daily Spark Reboot Procedure
Daily Reboot Procedure for Spark. Recommended that the customer walks through daily reboot procedure prior to opening for the day.
- When you arrive in the morning, there are a few things you must do to get Spark to work properly for the day. This process takes about 15 minutes from start to finish.
- First, select all the lanes that have Spark and hit more; spark control; turn on projectors. This will take about 15 seconds.
- Select all the lanes that have Spark.
- Select More; device control. Display controllers is already checked. Add a check to tablets and spark. Hit Ok.
- Let those devices reboot completely.
- Spark should give you all green “skittles” on the desk now. If you don’t have green after 5 minutes, follow the instructions above again for any pair that doesn’t have green. If after a second reboot you still don’t have green, call BTS as there could be another issue occurring.
- At this point you should be able to put lanes into attraction mode. To do this, choose the Spark lanes, more, spark control.
- On this screen, you must choose the Spark Experience from the drop menu and then hit start mode. Selected lanes should start playing videos on the lanes.
- If you do this in the morning, you should not have any issues with Spark other than the normal PINPIX image quality dropping off during the day.
- The reboot process can be done at any point during the day by going back to step 3. (only reboot lanes that are currently not in use)
