Title Bar Area
This section of the users guide refers to the Title bar area of the View Panel. Each part of the title bar will be discussed separately below.
Sync Status Dots
The Sync Status dots are used to display the status of various Sync processes at a glance. This is similar to the System Analysis function on the home page of the Sync Office application. Clicking in this area will display the system processes tab:
Clicking on a process will expand it to display additional details:
The color of the dots for each service indicates the health of that service. The following colors/statuses are available:
- Red – there is a process in this group that is not running.
- Orange – there is a process in this group that is reporting a problem of some sort.
- Green – all the processes in this group are reporting that they are healthy.
- Sage – we have not determined the status of this group yet. This is generally a temporary status, usually seen immediately after a reboot.
Software Version
To the left of the Sync Status Dots, the software version is displayed:
In this example, the Sync System is using Prima, version 3.8.808 that was released on July 29, 2022 at 4:19:16 PM.
View Panel Selection
This area, at the top of the page, displays the current View Panel in the center. Clicking on the name of the view panel in the center will drop down a menu of all available View Panels. Alternatively, the arrow buttons to the left and right of the current view panel will change to the view panel listed.
Date/Time Area
In the top right corner of the view panel, the time and date is displayed. The time and date formats are based upon the Windows location settings.
