SYNC Office - Clearing Zero Accounts

It is critical for the effective running of your system to ensure that zero value accounts are cleared from your Account holding.

Every time you search for a deposit or host a reservation the system looks through the available Accounts to withdraw from, if there is a large number of zero value accounts this can draw a large amount of processes and will slow down the procedure.


Access the active accounts and locate a zero value account and highlight.

Then press the trash can in the top right-hand corner.

It will then ask if you want to delete just this account or all accounts. Click All Accounts.

It will then itemise all accounts to be deleted, click OK.

All zero value accounts will now be disabled.
