This view panel shows the processing of OrderNow and Online Ordering food & drink orders.

OrderNow – Ordering from lane tablets without payment

Online Ordering – F&B ordering online with payment

When the order comes through it shows as a yellow box in the top left-hand corner of the screen and will appear when on all of the view panels. It will show the transaction number it created, the source of the order, the time of the order and the delivery details.

When the order is selected it will open the options in the bottom left-hand corner. This gives you the option to open the transaction in the receipt field, clear the overhead message on the lanes, and options on using notifications. Clicking on the Notify button will send a notification to the ordering customer, either on the lanes or via details given on the online ordering. The pencil button gives you options to edit the notification which is to be sent.

You can edit the notification which is sent, for how long the message will show on the lanes and when to send it and stop it.

When opening the transaction it will show in the receipt field and can be processed as a transaction from here or debited from a cash account created by the online ordering.
